Opinion on Cryengine for Creating a game.

Hey guys, I work for a studio in spain, and we use the cryengine, I see good pro's and really bad con's. Pro's being Dynamic TOD and easy set up, Con's, Hard code, Bad MP set up, Really bad Open world....
What are your guys thoughts on Cryengine Over unreal, I've worked with cryengine for about 8 years, BUT i want to create my game, and I'm not sure I can find a community to help me get some stuff done until I have enough work for Kickstarter, I must first say, I have 90% of the assets in game, ready, and looking good, But i can't afford to hire a coder, I can only offer pre-post launch funding etc.
