For freshers, which program its easy to learn for 3D Character Modelling, Rigging & Animations, which program helps to join an gaming & animation industry
Well for Character Modelling, the industry standard is defacto ZBrush. Yes there are still characters done in Box Modelling, but really for anything that is supposed to fit into a AAA game, ZBrush or equivalent (3DCoat, Mudbox) are a must. For anything past sculpting the Standards are probably 3ds Max, Maya and Modo (eventhough most 3D Packages are able to resurface, UVW unwrap and render out these UVW is all kinds of ways (normal, id, cavity, height and so on) this can even be done inside ZBrush). Rigging and Animation is usually left to Maya.
