We are a boutique animation studio out of Los Angeles and we are looking for passionate artists, who want to join our team! We need Character Artists, 3D Artists, 3D Texture Artists, & Lighting artists to work remotely.


Lightning Artists:
The job requires shading, lighting, rendering and compositing of photo-realistic architectural scenes and cartoon style scenes as well.
Candidates must have good understanding of lighting, color theory, linear workflow; Experience with Maya and V-Ray.

Job Responsibilities:
-Produce high-quality, photo-realistic CGI for stills and video.
-Exhibit artistic and technical skills to work on many aspects of CG shots.
-Engaging at every stage of the pipeline.
-Look development, and research and development.
-Optimize and troubleshoot lighting and rendering issues.

Requirements:
-Advanced knowledge in Maya.
-Advanced knowledge in V-Ray for Maya.
-Experience in compositing software and advanced post-production methods. (Photoshop, After Effects, Nuke or similar)
-Highly creative and detail oriented.
-Confident and motivated; looking to grow with the team.
-Flexibility; ability to work with minimum supervision and problem solve.
-Solid organizational skills with adherence to file structures, naming conventions; Clean and organized files.
-VFX experience will be considered a strong asset (Fluids, Cloth, Particles & Dynamics)
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Character Artists:
The job requires 3D modeling and sculpting including organic characters, set and prop models(hard surface modeling).
Candidates must have good understanding of modeling, sculpting, re-topology and anatomy; Experience with Maya.

Job Responsibilities:
-Produce high-quality characters, set and prop models for animation.
-A strong artistic background and technical skills for efficiently translate concepts into production-ready models.
-Engaging at every stage of the pipeline.
-Look development, and research and development.
-Optimization of UV's for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:
-Advanced knowledge in Maya and Zbrush.
-Highly creative and detail oriented.
-Skinning and deformation knowledge.
-Confident and motivated; looking to grow with the team.
-Flexibility; ability to work with minimum supervision and problem solve.
-Solid organizational skills with adherence to file structures, naming conventions; Clean and organized files.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Texture Artists:
The job requires texture painting for cartoon and realistic characters, environments and props.
Candidates must have good understanding of art, painting, anatomy and color theory.

Job Responsibilities:
-Produce high-quality characters, set and prop textures.
-A strong artistic background and technical skills.
-Engaging at every stage of the pipeline.
-Look development, and research and development.

Requirements:
-Advanced knowledge in Photoshop and 3D painter such as 3D Coat(or similar)
-Understanding of 2D and 3D workflows; Good knowledge of Maya.
-Highly creative and detail oriented.
-Confident and motivated; looking to grow with the team.
-Flexibility; ability to work with minimum supervision and problem solve.
-Solid organizational skills with adherence to file structures, naming conventions; Layers workflow; Clean and organized files.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
