Putting Together A New Portfolio

Hello all, 

I have recently decided to put together a new portfolio. I wanted to demonstrate several things:

- proficiency in Substance Designer and Painter
- proficiency in Quixel Suite
- proficiency in UE4
- hard surface modeling
- general texturing
- basic environment skills
- realism

So far I have completed a new environment and several new props. I am looking to get out of freelance work and into a studio position so I decided to post here and get your opinions. What can I improve here? What should I do next?
