Those are some gorgeous anatomy studies, @Ave! I keep watching that back musculature change with the movement of the arms. Did you do this through a Blend Shape, or was there a different method that gave you better results?

Yep! Basically. These are actually just animated layers in zbrush, so its not 100% correct in that the verts don't shift as they would with a proper rig - the volumes just change (its why it doesn't look like the scapula moves as much as it should, despite the shapes being relatively accurate).
Ave, This work is all fantastic, but i gotta ask on this one.
Was its face inspired by this image of a worm's face: I made a character with the same type of head years ago in my first year of school, and your creature looks so similar that i just have ask!
That's pretty cool! Great to see people using the horrors that macro-photography can unveil as a design inspiration. There really is some truly Lovecraftian horrors out there... it's a good job they're so small!
Cool sculpt animations of sculpture! Is it for some project or personal ?
Just studies. I'm a bit of a dummy, so i find that having movements rather than poses helps me understand the anatomy a little better These are all just junky blended layers in zbrush
