I think the face and armor look cool so far. I also like the detailing on the arms. However, his body proportions could use some work. He seems oddly pinched at the waist. A more squared off look might work better. In fact, his whole upper torso doesn't feel quite as massive as I would expect for an orc. His rib cage generally seems a bit small in relation to his massive arms.
I also think that the lower body silhouette doesn't sell him as muscular and lean from the waist down. It doesn't look like he has big quads and calves under those pants. The legs mostly seem uniformly thick and rather unshapely. I would definitely try and add some s-curved gesture to the legs. There should also be quite an abrupt transition from the vastus lateralis down to the knee, as that's often what will sell a leg as looking strong, as opposed to simply thick.
Other than that, I think the shape of his butt is very effeminate. It could stand to be a lot more lean looking, as well. I think the way you have it now, the lower body reads more as overweight than strong, which looks strange since he's obviously lean enough for his abs to show.
Before continuing with the armor, I would suggest you work on the base body a bit more, and block out the musculature in the legs before covering them with pants. I think that will help to make him look more imposing overall.
@ Wendy de Boer Hey thank you so much for the crit, I did go back and worked on the base body more tho it does not show as much as I thought it would since he so covered in armor heh
So I am pretty much done with the HP of both him and his weapon now, tho I may go over and add a bit more details here and there but I gonna hit the low poly real soon
Progress on this is looking fantastic dude, that highpoly is SIICKKK! Excited to see how the textures progress though it looks like you're already off to a solid start.
@ tda Thanks dude! @ Wendy de Boer Thanks! @ boeing2000 Thanks and nope its Marmoset Toolbag. @ Blade113 Thanks you! @ MateusHmm yeah I kinda agree I should have used more time on the base of his body but oh well, lesson learned for the next character
