Help a Cascade newbie create a simple shock wave FX

Hi guys, I'm trying to create a shock wave effect. Here's what I have at the moment:
These are just 2 simple shock waves that go out from the blast location, I'm trying to create a similar effects but that goes inverse, from the outskirts - inwards. How do I go about doing this? I've tried so many things, the cascade is a bit daunting with the amount of parameters for each :silenced:
