Quick save maps hangs while checking document

title explains it all really, recently quick save maps has started hanging for about 15-20 seconds before it kicks in and does its thing.  doc size doesn't seem to matter, neither does number of other open doc's in Ps.

Anyone come across this and have any ideas for a possible fix, I love this plugin, but I fear its days in my workflow are numbered if it keeps lagging.

FIXED... I had a heavy log file, once cleared it works like a charm again ....joy!
