I don't really get what I am seeing, show us some zoomed out pictures of your mesh. But my guess is that it's projecting on itself. I haven't played with Substance baker a lot. Go ahead and play with the rays distance. You can also give xNormal a go.
these lines here and as from the normal map and mesh , i would like to know is what causes them and is there a way in which i should retopo in order to avoid them appearing , the rays don't change much been trying various ways to solve it like making them all tris, retop them again for more points around the area but they seems to keep coming back, i just want to get this out of my head ( understanding why is it like this )
well i added more lines and geometry more on parts with those obvious errors before and it sorta fix it, but it still bugs me when i go close i can see those error lines. thanks for the help
