Couple of points though. The material defenition is pretty loose, the metal on the chest reads the same as the wood, the teeth, the tongue, the floor. Looking at your gloss it seems like it's just the AO which is why. It's making it all feel plastic wrapped, the floor suffers really badly from this. The chest in general also seems kinda rushed compared to the mouth area which looks great. Not a problem in your presentation shots because you can't see it, but when you let people go back there with the marmo viewer it lets the whole piece down i feel. Same with the floor, it's not up to the standard of the mouth.
The mouth is solid though, even without a dedicated gloss map it already looks great. This piece has great potential man, you should push it further!

Looks nice. I agree with the comment regarding material definition. I also think you could do a lot more geometry optimization on the organic bits. It's currently very high poly, especially for this art style.
