SENIOR ANIMATOR
WHY DOES THIS ROLE EXIST?
Sparx* is seeking an Senior Animator is responsible for creating animated sequences of characters, objects, and cameras. They should be proficient with key frame animation and have strong fundamentals such as posing, timing, and spacing. Also be able to take direction with ease and still be creative within the parameters of the shows style for high level TV series
WHO YOU ARE
Knowledge Required:
- Fully proficient with Maya software (Maya 2013) skills, preferably on a long form animation series/feature film.
- Project style: Semi-realistic
- Lipsynch: Consequent experience in English Keyframe Lipsynch
- A strong grasp of the basic animation fundamentals and a great work ethic.
- Must be able to work to a weekly quota. 2 sec to 2.5 sec /day
Skills:
- Enthusiastic attitude and good communication skills.
- Must have good creative vision and be detail orientated.
- Must be flexible, willing to learn and self-motivated.
- Be able to work within a Production Schedule.
- English: fluent speaking, writing reading
