Format-wise, the way you've interspersed your resume and your portfolio is weird and inconvenient. Split them off into separate pages.
Ill be brutally honest. Nothing on your site is current gen quality. I would research various tutorials and research PBR. Start a new prop, make it a damn good AAA prop. Use reference, use inspiration, use another artist's rendition as a goal to exceed or match.
