Working on this portfolio piece, a lot of inspiration from assassin's creed, gears of war and the order 1886, I'll updated as I get time. They'll be foliage in the planters, some trees, leaves hanging off the sides of the building.
The models look nice, but its all pretty similarly colored. It makes it difficult to know where to look. Those corner pieces surrounding the foundation will look nice once you get some flowers and bushes in, would add a nice touch of colour.

Hey, there isn't any color right now, it's just AO and normal maps

Ah right that explains it then Still something worth keeping in mind as you go
I agree with what shabba said, you have a lot of different sizes and shapes of tile so its feeling quite busy at the moment. I think you'd be better going with something a bit simpler so it doesn't draw attention away from the nice walls surrounding.
if this is realistic pbr then you probably dont want much ao in your textures, just a little is ok or use it where possible to make masks eg dirt or wear or water damage etc. If you want it to look stylised and have strong ao everywhere then thats an art direction choice you can make too.
Coming along great. Although those straight lines on the floor are really strong. Maybe small dirt and leave piles and weeds/grass growing between the tiles? Also consider cutting into the floor tiles mesh and making broken up variations/some with visible height variation, etc.
