Zbrush abnormal termination problem

I'm fairly new to zbrush and been using it for 4 months.
And my experience with zbrush has been frustrating lately.
Whenever i go around 3 million polygons sometimes when just pushing buttons and rotating the canvas my zbrush crashes and it shows an abnormal termination error.
I have already tried googling my problem but so far i couldnt find any answers that i am looking for.
Here are my specs:
CPU AMD A8-5600K APU with amd radeon HD 7560D
RAM 8GB
With an MSI motherboard
