Those metal supports could do with some variety in height, etc since they're all basically the same height atm.
also imo... pieces like this generally are what people would use in situations like tutorials etc... I'd say if you want a proper portfolio piece... aim for something more complex or use this in an environment piece and then showcase it. HOWEVER... Don't disregard any positiveness in this post just yet haha, You have executed this piece well, and you obviously have an understanding of sculpting stone/rock surfaces.
it looks kinda weird, almost like the concrete is bending. there is no real visible crack or fracture that would show how the center of the pillar is bent like that without breaking away.
the overall sculpting and details look nice, just the physics and realization look a bit off.
looks cool but the material differientiation doesn't look right to me. Right now it reads like the whole thing is made of mud and has a layer of concrete on the outside. Damaged concrete would still has the color or concrete (but yes indeed you could add some dirt in it, but not plain dirt on every damaged surface). I hope you get what I mean ^^
Rocks are tough. Your bottom piece looks more convincing because of the distribution of detail, in comparison to the top part which has almost perfectly matching sized striations. You need more variation in the size of the forms and areas where you've not got too much going on to provide some nice contrast. The extra details are looking good but i'd like to see variation on the material, the obviously newer chips and chunks should have a barer rock feel while the older areas should feel more weathered. On the whole it's looking good, those points i raised should push it that little further. I found http://www.autodestruct.com/thumbwar.htm to be really helpful with my own work, it's written for concept artists but the majority of points can be retooled for your use.

The low poly comes in around 5k tris with a 2k texture map. I think the low poly is a little dense though.

The fire hydrant is a low poly, the airlock is a high poly, and the brick texture is a substance.
