Bored with the classic way to study human anatomy I started this bust: a hybrid between a human and a bird.

As you note, torso and arms are human, while head and hands are inspired by various bird images on the net. The greatest concern was sculpting the arms  (my weaker point at the moment).

Definitely improvable, at this point I would like to hear opinions from other people to decide how to proceed and whether to make changes to the design. Comments and criticism are welcome. Thank anyone willing to lose a little time telling his thoughts.

The Head seems a bit small for the body (IMO) i'd also take second stab at how it connects to the beck.  The arms might need a bit of love as well  Good start though!
