Can't get rid of pinched angle surface in HD modeling ... help?

Hi I have tried all possible solutions I know of but I can't get rid of that annoying pinching effect .
The surface is a varying curved one , Its a wing of a airvehicle and I want to have a clean cut of a rectangular shape on that curved surface wing, but no matters how I try to arrange vertices , turbosmooth always makes a pinch in the angle , longer, larger, smaller or not , its there ... how to remove completely if is possible at all?
