Trying to make sure I answered everyone's questions reading back through: @ - Everyone - Thanks so much for the kind words and support. I really appreciate all the polycount love @NoRank - no substance on this one. Handsculpts, quixel, and photoshop for both individual assets and tiling textures. @nastobi123 - That is awesome! I am so glad you get good use out of those images. Ill keep posting @frmdbl - I def agree! The glass could use some tweaks. I had a hard time balancing far and near shots to look good with a believable amount of reflection. The issue I kept running into was the more transparent I made it the more the roughness and reflection faded. With a few material tweaks and tricks to fake it I got a bit closer but to much of the fakery and it really looked strange with cubemap reflections. In the end I reached a midpoint that was ok at multiple distances. Im def going to do some more research on this for the next project to get a better glass shader. @avenali312 - Yep all realtime as you know. Thanks for the support and props adam
Also did a breakdown of how I created the scene and the background behind my process here: http://80.lv/articles/clinton-crumpler-king-wash-laundromat-scene-production/ This explains a bit of my color choices, references to other games, photography, and films, and some of the production tools I used. Feel free to ask any other questions as well!
Also added this to Gumroad and Cubebrush for all who are interested.

Amazing atmosphere. It's so spooky and I love it. I like how the building seems like it's out in the middle of nowhere. The attention to detail is superb.
