Well My Mother has next Month her birthday and I thought I could Model her something nice
my problem is she doesn't really has a topic of Interest I could choose from
so I thought maybe you have a casual Idea what a Mother would like to get ....
maybe a virtuall Birthday cake ?

Don't give your mom a digital model.  That's a terrible birthday present.  What's she supposed to do with it?  That's even worse than just giving her a card.  Please give her a physical card by the way, not an e-card.  An e-card is a slap in the face.

If you've got a month, you could potentially get something 3d printed. I guess if you wanted to roll with the cake idea you could have a character popping out of one to make it a bit more interesting. Probably not a naked lady in this instance.
