Hello everybody, been a while. I started work on this the moment I regained motion to my right thumb after severing both tendons during an accident. I did the Bruce Wayne character to challenge myself. Hair cards, the cloths and accessories, all things I'd never done before for a game character. It felt cheap just doing the fancy batsuit and moving on.
I had a lot of challenges doing this project, not just the accident but hardware issues. I can't even open the Bruce Wayne character in toolbag2 without it freezing my laptop.
This work was done as a jewelry piece for a client who wanted madam
leota's face as a cameo to sit in the center of the mirror base. Based
off Leota from the Haunted Mansion at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney
World Resort.
Hello guys, just sharing a 3D sculpt of Doctor Strange. Primarily done in ZBrush, with a little 3ds max. I decided to begin this project to challenge myself further, I also appreciate the multiple materials I'll have to create during texturing and shading.
You've done a nice job with the Bob's Burgers characters. I'd be interested to see some more angles to see how you resolved the faces - they're a tricky design to translate well to 3d.

Thank you, I've got a number of sculpting videos coming up. Did a number of characters and now I gotta render em.
cool breakdowns thanks for the info! It seems like you have an interest in making actor likenesses - It would be cool to see you push yourself a bit more there and get a photorealistic result.
Hey thanks for checking my thread. Trust me I'm trying to get into the realm of photorealism. It's been on my radar for a while now.
I decided to "cast" my nephew Ayo for role of Miles Morales for this stylized character art project. My nephew (and niece fam, relax) are very dear to me, and we both really love Spiderman. Ayo loved PJ masks when he was much younger and if allowed would crush up to four bananas in a single day.
The character was sculpted in zbrush, with retopology and UVs in 3ds max. Map baking in Substance Painter, and texturing in Substance Painter and Photoshop. ActorCore AccuRIG was used to create a quick rig for posing.
Fan art project of Garfield. This is heavily inspired by the classic "Garfield and Friends" cartoon. I saw the cartoon a lot as a kid growing up in the UK. I believe my favorite color is orange because of this lovable, self centered, and highly sarcastic cat.
