We do a decent amount of automotive work, and from time to time get some pretty large campaigns where we receive CAD files and need to have good polys come out the other side. Sometimes the CAD files are clean and sometimes they need to be resurfaced or cleaned up a lot.
Additionally, we are also working on taking high-poly Maya files and getting a game-res model created for online use. An understanding of baking maps is important there, and specifically the ability to bake V-ray maps out of Maya would be fantastic.
So we'd love to add to our pool of talent. If you use Topogun or 3d Coat or MODO or whatever, we're not picky. It's more about product than process for us.
