Hello polycount community,

I'm new to the forum so I hope this is the right spot for my topic.
I am currently working on my portfolio as a level designer. In the last three years of my studies I've worked mostly with Unity, but I am getting into Unreal now. I have worked on diffrent smaller games with other students, but this was nothing I could use for my portfolio. But now I started my first "portfolio level".

My basic idea for this level is a modern designed house/hotel in the mountains with an underground car park, swimming pool, a little garden and a cable railway. I have made some sketches and started a low detail blockout. I don't know if i should have made the terrain first, but i always have problems with my proportions when I make the terrain at the beginnig. When this is not the proper way, please tell me.

My next big problem is, that i dont't know, where i can get good assets, which fit together. I have some basic modelling and texturing skills, but it would take me weeks or even months to create all assets by myself.
