First time i've made soemthing more modern, usually just end up doing fantasy stuff. Any critique gladly accepted!

    Nice and clean but feels a little lifeless. Could you add in some scuff marks or rubbish, small cracks, bird poop etc.

    The wall seems too flat aswell. What would it be made of?

    Really nice!! Great job. Great style!!

     I agree with bucket of nuggets, could use a little life.  Maybe some pieces of trash around the garbage cans, a couple cracks in the sidewalk.  Some grime around the corners of the building and on the inside of the roof walls.

    I also feel like maybe the curb is a little tall as is?  Could raise the road up just a little.

    Forgive my saying so, but when I look at that what really jumps out at me is the inconsistency in poly detail: the fire hydrant has a lot of detail relative to the adjacent building.

    Also there's quite a lot of poly wastage on the building itself. If the objective is to achieve low poly, don't waste edge loops where they aren't needed.
