This may be a noob question but...
do you know a quick way to tile a texture in Photoshop, easily controlling repetition amount, rotation, offset?
Visually, this can look like tiling a texture on a 3D plane in any 3D package

Photoshop Fill Patterns are slow to use and you can't quickly change repetition/rotation/offset... Even with Quixel DDO or other tools this task is not very quick. I'm looking for something like the great MARI tiling pattern procedural layer...
