Hey guys

i am new on Polycount and i wanna improve my digital painting skills ... for now i am learning how to paint faces and bodys ... so i uploaded my newest ones and perhaps you can help me a bit and give me some feedback what to make better and where my weaknesses are. I am not happy with my faces and its hard to improve only with my own view so i am open for every critique and feedback you have

(sry for my bad english)
