Making a tarp

Hi Polycount, 

I wanted to know if you guys/gals have any techniques on making tarps? 

I thought about making the wrinkles in zbrush but not sure if there is another way of going about this. With zbrush I can get normal and oa bakes.

I want to make it to where I can drape across multiple meshes.

I made tarp by using marvelous designer. Then I found a good tarp picture,  made that tile and extracted the normals with crazybumb.

Some 3d packages have cloth simulation or use Marvelous Designer if you can afford it. It's a better starting point then straight sculpting but you can still get it into zbrush for fine tuning.

do a displacement in 3ds max/maya with whatever you want then follow up with some tapering/wave etc to make it a bit uneven. Export to Zbrush and sculpt like clothing except with much much harder and sharper edges.
