Editing 32-bit exr ?

How do you, if you do, modify your 32-bit EXR in Photoshop, I'm assuming you use a plugin so it loads as Grey scale ?

I edit 32 bit HDR files all the time, but it's full color data (HDR panos for IBL).

What specifically are you trying to do, and what is the problem you're having?

ps cs 5 does not import 32bit exr correctly. Seems there are 3rd party plugins. Not sure how the latest ps behaves though.

Photoshop's support of 32-bit colour editing is absolutely atrocious. Use Nuke.

they are red cause there is only the red channel filled...
use Photoshop and paint the red channel...

Is there not a method which I can convert the EXR to grey scale besides ProEXR in Ps ?
