Hey all. Trying to do remesh my sculpt using Zremesher and I'm not getting the results I wanted, so I tried using the guides brush. However, I'm still getting the same result, and the guides I laid down seem to just be ignored. Am I missing something here? I'm pretty inexperienced with Zremesher, so I feel like it's something obvious, but I just have no clue as to why this just isn't working.
Thanks for the advice, I actually had to bump it up to 100 to get the results I wanted. It just seems weird that I would have to set it all the way up in order to do what I want.
Edit* posted this before you got your result. Just showed up now....? I would lose most of the curves you've drawn. It's better to have less, and less complex. The one around the eyelids is a very tight circle and that usually results in a spiral loop, no matter what setting you punch into ZRM. You'd be better off getting rid of the curves around the eyes and putting a wider double concentric loop in that region, and letting ZRM's built in ability to solve topo based on the surface take over. Also, smoothing the area can sometimes help.
And if all else fails you can resort to ZRM localised retopo utilising the topology brush.
