Looking for someone who could make a model based on the following drawing:
Jessie - by Jace Wallace
(T-pose drawing can be provided, but will take some time.)
Any style is fine (photo-realistic, PBS, cel-shaded...) given that the end result looks like the picture.
Constraints:
-Model needs to be textured
-Model needs to be rigged
-No specific Poly-count
