Here is the first post. I decided to go with a distinct face. The obvious choice was my favorite Game of Thrones character: Tyrion. I would really like to add hair, but I don't know how to go about doing it.
Not a bad sculpt technically -- very clean -- but I think Tyrion has much more of a pronounced forehead. I would examine that area some more. Can we see your reference?
Ya, his forehead is broader, couldn't quite tell under all of his hair. Found an image of Dinklage with shorter hair: http://goo.gl/s65dDR. Next I am going to add his neck. After which, I need to study on how to make hair and eyeballs.
Wasn't expecting to keep showing WIP on this forum, maybe I'll change this one too just my Tyrion sculpt. Got a generic neck in, need to try and find some images of his to reference. His hair is really wispy, too much to attack tonight.
Dwarves tend to have a pronounced forehead. I think you need to rework that a lot still. Also, I think this is a good base sculpt, but it lacks the details that make a face instantly recognizable. Tyrion has a lot of wrinkles and a certain gauntness to his cheeks that I think you're missing. This sculpt looks more like The Mountain than Tyrion.
Not able to work on it right now, but I will try to go more intense on the forehead. Maybe push it to unreasonable amounts then work it down slowly. Currently I'm trying to get his form correct. There are a lot of nuances that I am blind to. Then I was going to move out of dynamesh and get some real topology to work with. Have not done it before, but seems like the only way to get large amounts of detail in.
Side note, after watching last night's episode and seeing video of his face, he has aged more than my sculpt currently shows.
Went with different shader to allow better vision of what is there. I think the forehead is correct now, or at least closer. Will work on the rest before retouching up his face.
Thanks for the kind words. I am aware it looks terrible right now, but I am trying to add hair. This is my first time trying and he has some of the craziest hair.

Excited to see where this goes!

Okay, I was wrong, still want to work some more on his face. As a note, this is the best sculpt that I have ever done.
