In my point of view, it's hard to avoid kitsch and cliche in context of both fantasy and sci-fi illustrations. So I decide to go ahead and exploit classics of genre: streamlined and sex appealed idea of chromium-plated female robot as legacy of overerocized vulgar sci-fi illustrations of the past. For this purpose, I am going to:
-Prepare high-detailed 3d model of robotic female humanoid.
-Rig it and pose to weapon silhouette by eye.
-Render it up in the spirit of fantasy-themed aerography.
-Make some post-production and apply to weapon UVs.
So far I have no specific idea or concept, I'm just wandering around aesthetics of 70's automotive industry, Giger, cheapjack erotic pictures. As far as I understand necessity of having WIP-thread as a proof of concept, I would post some early renderings. So far I am working on the model proportions, trying to make them more hypertrophied.
For moderators: I am new to polycount, and I must confess I doesn't spend enough time reading trough posting rules, your comments on content and presentation will be appreciated.
P.S: Since my main nickname is Votekick, I used this alias in the thread name, to distinguish it among other threads.
