PC-CSGO | AK-47 Opposing Force [WIP]

For inspiration I googled 70's and 80's Sci-fi. And found this picture, which is my main inspiration points. I'm thinking of an Counter-Terrorist as the 'opposing force'. And a AK shooting lasers, the keep in the theme. I will also add some randomization because I think that will add some charm to every individual weapon.

This is my first time posting on this forum so please tell me if you have some tips or advice.

First a made a picture of a CT with Source Filmmaker, In photoshop i made him wider and moved perspective a bit. Than I selected with lasso tool and magic wand an area and chose the average colour filter.

The background for the skin it's 2048x2048, just a nice star sky made in photoshop.

First version of the skin. It's maybe a bit dark... There is a little randomization of the placing and rotation of the CT's face and Stars.

I started cartoonizing an ak to fill up the empty space. The low quality will disapear because this is a scaled up version. (This ak is an elite build)

Added cartoon ak and laser. Note that the placement is randomized (a little) so the face will be most of the time more to the right.
I also want to add some text, but i'm not sure for the font, colour and placement.

I made some concept art for the text that will be added on the weapon.
It says Oposed, and it says science (علم) in arabic.
