Using photo textures in assets intended for reselling

I was wondering - if I make an asset pack for Unreal Marketplace for example can I use textures from textures.com or should I use my own photos or procedural materials?

    Depends what the asset pack is I guess - as long as you're not selling it as bare textures/shaders it should be okay

    What am I allowed to do with these textures? 

    Our images may be used for many different purposes, such as game development, website design, videos, paper scale modelling, use in printed materials and many other things 

    Some things are not allowed, for example reselling our images as Textures, shaders or other competing products.

    2.1 You are permitted to:

    c) sell 3D models bundled with modified versions of the Photos, but only if you add the following text to the documentation accompanying the model: 

    "One or more textures on this 3D model have been created with photographs from Textures.com. These photographs may not be redistributed by default; please visit www.textures.com for more information."
