Need advice and critique on a project for my demo

Hi there and thanks in advance. I'm currently in the demo period of my school year and need help, advice or any criticism you might offer. I'm currently working from a concept by Benjamin Last.
I really loved the atmosphere behind the scene and I am presently trying to make a 3d model of it. I've currently made most assets in Maya and blocked it out in Unreal Engine. These are the screenshot I took :
This is what it looks like so far. (All pieces are modular) While blocking it out, I noticed that I'll have to re-simulate my market shop tarps and make my app layers go higher. I will soon be baking my high poly Apartment walls down to these ones, but I didn't want to go to far ahead without getting advice on how to make this scene better. Thank you in advance for any advice or criticism you might have.
