you'll definently need some kind of software that can edit in 3D and do drawling (like photoshop) but if you don't want to pay you can look for free software. I think blender will work but it may be harder. You'll then want to download a 3D model from the official csgo workshop website (i think they have it) you can look up tutorials. Its not going to be easy if you're new but if you are creative enough I'm sure you can accomplish it!
