Fireside Props for Unreal and Unity

Here's some models I've been working on for http://www.leapinteractive.co.uk/ for submission to the Unreal Marketplace and Unity Asset Store. It's been quite a learning curve - primarily in the area of creating PBR materials that offer a load of flexibility for the user. All of the assets needed to have different colour, surface and dirt variations that the user can easily modify and drop into a scene without having to get under the bonnet and change the materials. This is quite a different proposition from a specific object to be placed in a game level!

Anyway, I'd be happy to get any feedback or answer any questions anyone may have.
