Hi,
I am currently following a course for 3D Artist and i am now working on my final project.
The idea is to make something like this.
http://best-desktop-wallpaper.net/image.php?id=12000
But set during World War 1. A Lee Enfield rifle with a british Brodie helmet on top of it and in the background debris, barbed wire, some trees, dust, fog,... And then make the camera move sideways slowly.
I will post my progress and would love to have some feedback from you guys.

looking forward to see the blockout and implementation of atmosphere.
Which programs are you going to use?
Good luck!
So the camera wil move sideways to the right slowly until it reaches the rifle. I also found a plugin (DebrisMaker 2) that creates gravel, shrapnel, logs, planks,... that i can use to spread across the area, that wil propably be the most work to realy get that feeling of a completely devastaded landscape.
This is just a placeholder for the rifle, i want to make the camera stop as soon as the rifle is in sight.
I've already started drawing the gun, this is how far i am right now.
The rifle, bayonet, helmet and dog tags are done. Bayonet needs to look a bit more weathered i think.
