Answered: 3DO viewport and settings not working correctly

So I've just dove into the wonderful new world of Quixel suite, been wanting to learn this for a while now.
The problem that I'm having is that, when I open 3DO, everything is behaving differently then what it does in the tutorial videos. The view port looks very different (blurred and out of focus, zooming in/out changes nothing), almost all the settings under Post Process don't work (except for wireframe, which refuses to turn off once you turn it on unless you reopen 3DO) and many of the other options like turntable and change mesh don't work too.
I am using Quixel Suite 2.1.5, the latest update of PS CC and my GPU is updated.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want to start learning this great piece of software.

Have you tried a fresh install of the SUITE? Go ahead and give that a try and let's see if that resolves this issue.
I played around with it some more last night and it looks like that 2.1.4 seems to work much better (except for the wireframe not wanting to turn off once its on). once I update to 2.1.5 it continues to have the same problem as mentioned before. I have tried reinstalling Photoshop too, but no change.
