Modeling a M4a1 AAA quality

Hey guys going to be working on a M4a1 here, have not really dove too much into modeling weapons but I'm up to the challenge. Looking for any general tips tricks and advice from anyone.

Search for threads here from people who have similar guns. See what tips they've had from others, as well as any process ideas they've shared. There are a ton of resources if you look around. Search for similar gun models too, not just the particular model you're making, since techniques are fairly universal from gun to gun.
