Hello, here is an environment i am working on for my portfolio. I'm still learning things every day and also fairly new to polycount and posting WIPs.. so go easy on me

I know it still needs a bunch of work to materials, lighting and what not but I am specifically looking for techniques/tips to push things more. Questionable areas I want to push more are floor tiles, walls, door, door frame, glass, cloth and the metals.

So any guidance or helpful comments would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I will be sure to take better screen grabs

    HEy partner,
I'll consolidate all my critiques into a list so it'll be easier to read, instead of me getting wordy haha.
Also, I wont mention the things you stated you already took note on. (textures, materials).
-The image is blown out on the rLeft. Its far too bright.
-I'm not sure if you're trying to recreate the concept art, or just do this for practice by eye. Either way, you're missing a few things from the room, (chairs, lamps, floor debris).
-The ceiling lights leave quite a bit to be desired.

Hey there, thank you for the C&C. I am trying to shoot for the reference but matching the concept is a bit tricker than I imagined it would be haha. The lights will definitely be tweaked, more chairs placed, lamps, debris and the ceiling lights textures wills be changed.

I'll post another update soon -- hopefully by then, it'll be looking a ton more polished!
