t-rex on the road (feedback needed)

Hi everybody!
Here´s my last project. Again  with environments. Few months ago I did a t-rex model wich at first was going to be used for another project, but finally didn´t came out, so I decided to build another scene from scratch. I did a bunch of sketches for this one and finally I borrowed the final idea from a picture a saw on pinterest ( https://es.pinterest.com/pin/420101471472314259/ ) and here it´s the result.
I would really really appreciate any critiqs, feedback, suggestions or whatever you may give me, even if just for saying that is a complete crap :) . Seriously, after so much effort I really need to know at what point I am.

    Looks very nice! Two things stick out to me though: 1) The deer crossing sign is awfully thick and 2) The skid marks don't seem very realistic. The car would have probably fish tailed from such an abrupt turn. I would angle the car differently and adjust the marks.

    The scene is a little bright in my opinion. 
    (probably a good idea though.) Like Allengingrich mentioned, that sign is super chunky. What if you had the car tipping over a little bit? 
    Did you do the pebbles on the road, in Photoshop?
    Good work partner.

    Yeah I agree the sign really stands out and lets everything else down a bit, way too think and it looks like there is normal information for the deer icon its self that looks very strong. 

    This looks great though, my other suggestion apart from what has already been said is maybe add in strong headlights from the car lighting a bit of the rex up, most likely the lower part of the leg. Then maybe darken the rest of the environment a little to add a bit more contrast. :) Nice work!

    Thank you very much for your inputs! I think that you are completely right on both points. Mainly about the position of the car and the skid marks...they dont make much sense really.
    I will try to fix them. 
    No, the pebbles are just particles. For this one, photoshop aside for texturing and postpro I have used for painting the sky.
