Back with my next portfolio piece, a Sci-fi corridor based of the concept art from Star Citizen. After attending a talk and seeing the awesome work they did I had a browse and stumbled upon this concept art which I really liked the look of so I thought I go about creating it for a portfolio piece.
Thought I would post early into the process so I can get feedback right the way through the project. I am setting my self a very tight (Soft) deadline of this Sunday to get it to finished stage, Modeled and textured at minimum.

So had a pretty productive couple of hours after work. Managed sort out my material set up get a good base for 2 textures (Wall Padding and the panel plastic [although my gut is still telling me it has to be a metal panel that is painted]) - Both textures seem to have lost a lot of quality and detailing in UE4 Padding has almost no quality not sure why but will look into it.
Next is to finish UV mapping all the assets before making some metal textures for the pipes and continuing to flesh out the scene
