I've noticed often times when I add a new map (Ambient Occlusion) to my DDO project, the map appears inverted in Photoshop, and likewise on my model in 3DO. I solve the issue each time by manually inverting the Texture Base layer in the AO .PSD's layers and it then appears correct, but just wondering, is this intentional? known glitch? Would be nice to not have to do this in the future.
Thanks for the info and help.

What profile are you using to work with? I've never seen this issue encountered before. Could you provide some images or perhaps a video of this error from the beginning?
Hi Synaesthesia, thanks for your response.
What are you referring to by "profile"? Is that the setting like "Unity / UE / etc.?" I'm set to Unity 5.
Here's an example image of how the PSD that gets generated looks when I click on "Add New Map > Ambient Occlusion":

Is there a certain profile I should try? Kinda confused on where to start there. I've never set up my projects with any presets besides just "Unity 5"
Thanks
