Maya 2016 installation issue!!!

Installed Maya 2016, on Mac book pro with OS X El Capitan. when loading bottom left connor of Maya loading screen says "Maya loading." and "Student version file" save file question pops up. i can click on either continue or cancel, then after that the appication wont respond.
Already try uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting the Mac.
what should i try next?
