You may want to create an alternative to the Facebook based Quixel Live Support. Some of your customers cannot access Facebook at work or don't have an account.
It is for more in-depth support, but that's basically what my job is here. I act as the liaison between the developers and the community, so if I can't solve something here it gets forwarded to them to look at. The only difference between Polycount and Facebook is that you have a direct line to the developers on Facebook, as it's a centralized location which is convenient for them to check at any point when they're able to step away from programming.
