This is my WIP model of LizaritianScoutWalker project.

I'm am currently doing some more testing on my UV's and because Its a big model with lots
of pieces. I have decided to mirror my uv's to save texture space. The problem
Is that its big mesh so I can't see that I will have enough texture
resolution if I pack all the UV's of the full model. Would it be wise to pack into two seperate texturesheets?

Just wondering how they are doing at Horizon zerodawn way :-)

For example a Bodypart (2048x2048) and FacePart (2048x2048) or 1024x1024

This way I could have more texture detail on the model.

Or should I just use one 4096 sheet and pack all my uv's into this texturesheet?

As far as for specs My end goal is portfolio_piece, but it would be nice to have it both (game optimzed and
showreel ready)

Any Feedback/suggestions regarding the model and texturing/uv welcome. Thanks Decor.
