    Your materials are looking nice, you could go with a little less shine on the leather and maybe more saturated colors where you have them, like the lower back red.
    On the modelling side, the clothing is pretty good, the coat is a little simple from the waist down maybe experiment a little with that.
    Anatomically, the hands may be a bit small and the face is the weakest part of the whole character. What ref are you using for it? Some tips for the face:
    -Lips are too desaturated,
    -corneas are centered between eyelids (instead of closing on the upper lid) eye ref
    -Hairline is too smooth and around the face, it should blend more and have a heart shape
    -Eyebrows look furry, instead of hairy, and are a bit blocky towards the center

    Hope this helps and isn't too much! I see some good qualities in this character and if you get the face on par with the clothing it will be a very nice piece.
