SceneCaptureReflectActor missing in Unreal 4

Hey guys, been awhile since I posted here, Still working on the same project since 2006 and making the move to Unreal 4 from UDK, however I'm having some issues with recreating an effect I did in UDK in regards to the reflections for my water. There is just no SceneCaptureReflectActor or equivalent in Unreal 4. 
Unreal 4's SceneCapture2D does not work in the same manor, as it does not update relative to the camera's position.
I was wondering if anyone had produced any workarounds or recreated the UDK actor's behavior.
