Change the way nDo handles jobs?

I was wondering if there were and plans or thoughts on changing the way nDo handles jobs in regards to files that are written during a job?
Right now everytime nDo is used it writes a number of files and folders to the USER > AppData > Roaming folder. In a studio setting, or if you happen to be experimenting allot, over time you end up with a large amount of old files that aren't needed anymore, and if unaware of it this the Roaming folder can bloat up over time.
