Came upon this amazing 2d drawing of Prince John on Artstation by Hong Soonsang. A link to his artstation is below. I want this to be a good piece for my portfolio. I started with a sculpt off with it. Would like some feedback on how the anatomy is before I start adding in the clothing and details. The aim for this is to be stylized while still be true to the concept.

    I like the concept.

You've got a ways to go with this fellow. I'd suggest grabbing some photo anatomical reference so you can nail the basic shapes and then do some stylisation.

Your guy is pretty lumpy at this stage. I think you're likely working at too high a subdivision level. Reduce it down and you'll have  a much easier time getting the smooth forms that you need.

Before all that though, your first step should be to select another material. Red Wax isn't great for general sculpting and it's really about time Pixologic stopped making it their default. Go with something clean and matte. I usually work with the Fast shader.

Tweak the silhouette more on the anatomy. The arms still feel like its too big, from the deltoid down to the elbow. Is it correct or it is just me?

First time doing a head in zbrush. Having trouble in the front view his face doesn't seem to represent whats in the concept. I aligned my sculpt to the concept and it seemed to aligned well, except in the side view. It somehow seems as if the face is rotated looking downward. To make sure that his face is similar to that in the concept, do I need to work more on the facial anatomy? Also, the back of his head doesn't seem right to me. Any feedback greatly helps. Thanks.

Update. Reworked the anatomy. Got the rest of the body matching the 8 head rule.
